I ran across this saying on someone elses blog. I don't know who wrote it, but it is my new favorite. I often get lost in the storms of my life. I have never been a dancer but I need to start learning....

I'm a blog stalker

I have been known to look at every bodies links to everybody else on their blogs. I always just hoped one day I would run across people that I knew. Sadly it has only happened a couple of times. I have complained to Tony that I wished I could just type in someones name and see if they have a blog. I admit I love to peek in on peoples lives. (One of my favorite things is to peek in peoples windows who have their curtains open while we're driving by. I like to imagine what is going on in their life and of course love to see how they decorate.) Last night Tony told me how I could just do that. So what did I do for almost 3 hours last night? I became a blog stalker. WOW!!! Who would have known it could be so fun and addicting. It still isn't as easy as I hoped for but I did find a few people that I have wondered about over the years. Of course all of them were old guy friends since I only know maiden names of anyone else. Maybe someday I will get the courage to comment on their blogs. But probably not, because I really like to be the unknown fly on the wall.

Let's play CATCH UP!!

I have completely ignored the blog for awhile. WOW!!! Let's pretend it is because there is to much going on instead of pure LAZINESS. We are going to play a little catch up game so that someday when I print this all out for a journal it won't be missing June. It has felt a bit like a circus around here lately but I loved every minute of it. I am so lucky to have so many people that love me and my little family. I just wish we all lived closer. My in-laws came the first week in June. We had so much fun hanging out and catching up on our game playing. We ate alot of really good food. I do have to say that I have the best in-laws. They are truely amazing and I love them dearly. The boys loved to see them. Kathy made the most beautiful watercolors for Belle's room. I love them, her talent always amazes me. We all were so sad to see them go and wish they lived closer. Belle had her weight check up and weighed 6lbs. 12oz. My Mom came the second week. It was so nice to be able to just enjoy each other this time. Last time she came she had to be all strong for me and listen to me go through baby blues in the NICU. Aren't moms the best? This time I think she enjoyed it much more. The boys couldn't get enough of her . She woke up a few times in the night to feed Belle and let me sleep. It was so much appreciated!!!! We played, got some projects done, and once again had really good food. Then the Aunties came. My boys love their Aunts. I do too. It was so much fun, but way to short. While they were here Belle shared lots of firsts with her Aunt Tammy. A few of Belle's firsts were: first monorail ride, first Ivar's experience, and first taxi ride. She also got a manicure/pedicure from Aunt Tammy. (I'm missing you right now Tam). And once again way to much good food. There were alot of tears shed when everybody left....poor Tony. The good thing was that Tony started his paternity leave. It has been a blast, I really don't want him to go back to work. School and baseball ended with mixed emotions. We adored all our teachers this year. The rest of the month went by in a blink. The best part of course was Tony and the boys completely spoiling me for my birthday. All the boys went to the Mariners game last night with our friends. They had a blast and were on the big screen about 5 times. They thought it was great. Today was Belle's follow-up appointment with cardiology at Childrens. She passed her EKG and the Dr. said her heart is looking so great we don't have to go back for a whole year. YEAH!!!! I can't put into words the relief we feel. She now weighs 8 1/2 lbs and is 20in. long. Almost the exact size as Kiegan when he was born. We are all doing really great. The boys have all loved having Tony around so much and all the fun stuff he has been doing with them. It has been so nice for all of us. I am so sad the end is coming soon. There we go June in a nutshell, lots of family, way to much good food, and lots of fun with Tony. I know really long and boring but now my journal won't be missing June. Thanks for bearing with me.

Just a little shout out

I just want to send a shout out to all the wonderful fathers I know. First of all to my wonderful husband. He is the BEST dad. The boys and I are so proud of him. (I'm sure Belle is too) He is so amazing. I am so thankful for all the sacrifices he makes for us. He takes such good care of us and is constantly entertaining us. He keeps us laughing and feeling loved all the time. Jonah's card to Tony this year is a list of all these really great things that make him special. The two things I love the most say, My dad is as handsome as a rock star and I like it when my Dad plays fun games like the Wii with me. How sweet is that? In Kiegan's it says, My dad is rockin' awesome. You Rock Dad!!! I think there is a theme here. You rock babe!!!! Not only do you rock like a rock star but you are our rock. You ground us. We love you so much.

I am so grateful for all the wonderful "dads" in my life. Besides Tony, my Dads, my Father-in-law, Grandpa's, and all my great brothers and brother-in-laws. You all are amazing dads. I am so proud to know you all. I hope you all enjoyed your day. You are all great and such good examples for my little guys. Thank you for being you! This picture touches my heart. Belle got to share her blessing day with her daddy's day. Is there anything more sweet than this?
